Hallo. I am a Scottish woman, have been teaching English for years, and speak fluent Czech. I was teaching at Zakladni skola Cernosice for my sins during the last 2 academic years, but this one coming, I will be at a small school with just the primary age range. I am free to 18th July, then from 20th Aug, Sept, in coordination with F/T work at school...HMcG

Most certainly not. Definitely not the way conversation forums develop on these pages! It was no Freudian slip. It is an idiomatic expression, which implies that the experience was a very big challenge, and if you have followed events at the school, you will know what I am referring too. Personally, I chose to remain neutral, in no camp at all, and I tried to focus on teaching well, despite all the negative energy, invented gossip, and general criticism of everyone who held a position of any responsibility in the school. Is it you asking for conversation classes, or did you just gatecrash this dialogue? Thank you. I would like to communicate with the person who posted requesting English conversation classes. I have no intention of pursuing a dialogue about the school and my experiences there with any old Tom, Dick or Harry who happens to come online.
